At WATC STUDIO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original WATC STUDIO packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
